David Rencher yes it is fancy I cant be for sure on these estimates but i have heard that each girl Spends 20 Thousand + on the Dress and the Traine just for this one event... it may be more than that now days

pete I'm in the Netherlands (Holland). They just celebrated their Carnival. Its about three days worth of dressing up and partying. They have a prince in every village that commensurates the village's parade. This photo made me think of that. I haven't been able to get time off to go and shoot it though. It'd be nice to compare to Mardi Gras festivities.
