Doug Allen Nice shot. I might have tightened in a tad to get the fence out of the shot. Another small thing, to me the water seems more blown out than perhaps could have been. If you can, I'd take down the highlights a litte in PS and see what it looks like and take out the dust spot. Overall a good shot though! I love the color ...
