What's the status of the Milk Bottle building these days? I lived right around the corner from 1987-92, and during that time the bottles were refurbished, the roof replaced, new windows installed and then ... nothing. I believe the owner ran out of money. The sticking point, I heard, was the sprinkler system. More costly than the owner could afford. It sat mostly empty then, taking a slow beating by neighborhood vandals. Does it have tenants finally?
