Dauphin Island Bridge Tragedy

I went out for work to take some pictures at the Media Area setup for the Dauphin Island Bridge Tragedy .. Also to get away from the computer for a bit.. The Video below is what Our Editor came up with using the Pictures I took.

Ok I have to contemplate this a bit... Last Week we had a Father throw his 4 kids from Dauphin Island Bridge. and there has been a Huge Recovery operation going on that covers the waterfront of 2 states to find the body's of the children. Well i work in the news locally and have been working on news stuff surrounding this situation, So i have not had much time to check the level of reporting on this story nationally...

Well this weekend i got a chance to watch National News and the only thing that was being covered was Golden Globes, a decapitated woman and some Army guy on the Run... granted everything except the Golden Globes should of been covered.. but how do you leave out 4 Infants being thrown from a bridge?? My only conclusion is that the Family are Immigrants. I have seen similar stories that happened overseas be covered better on the national news.
